Option 1 — Unpair the device (in-app)

This deletes your pairing token and any locally stored data on the device. Use this if you want to remove Netro Verify from a phone but keep your NetroApply account.

  1. Open the Netro Verify app on your phone.
  2. Go to Settings → Paired account.
  3. Tap Remove this device and confirm.
  4. Uninstall the app from your phone.

Option 2 — Delete your full NetroApply account

This permanently deletes your NetroApply account and all associated data, including any Netro Verify pairings, MFA records, and authentication logs.

  1. Sign in at netroapply.com.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
  3. Or email [email protected] from the address linked to your account.

Some records may be retained longer where required by law (e.g. invoicing, fraud prevention, security incident logs). Backups are purged within 90 days.
