How to install on a Mac
  1. Unzip on your Mac (needs Node 18+ — nodejs.org).
  2. In Terminal, from the folder: ./build-mac.sh (Apple Silicon) or ./build-mac.sh x64 (Intel).
  3. Open NetroTalk Desktop.app → right-click → Open the first time.
  4. Grant Screen Recording + Accessibility in System Settings, then relaunch.

Apple builds must be made on a Mac — one command does it.

Install guide
  1. Desktop add-in (any account, incl. Gmail/IMAP): unzip → run Install → restart Outlook.
  2. Manifest (Microsoft 365 only): Outlook → Get Add-ins → My add-ins → Add a custom add-in → Add from file.
  3. Do not use File → Options → COM Add-ins (it rejects web add-ins).

Gmail/IMAP accounts cannot use web add-ins — use the Desktop add-in, or the free Outlook macro.

The uninstaller is a small Windows script (.cmd). Windows may warn about a downloaded script — choose More info, then Run anyway. It removes the app, its shortcuts and startup entry; your NetroApply account and cloud files stay untouched.
