Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using NetroApply, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please don't use the service.

2. Service description

NetroApply provides AI-powered career tools: CV builder, cover letter generator, job discovery across connected portals, application tracking, AI interview coaching, and digital twin features.

3. Account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use NetroApply to submit false information, apply to jobs you're not genuinely interested in, harass recruiters, scrape job portals, or violate any laws.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance per the selected period. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. AI-generated content

CVs, cover letters, and job recommendations are AI-generated. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy before submitting to employers. NetroApply is not liable for hiring outcomes.

7. Job portal connectors

When you connect LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar portals via OAuth, NetroApply acts on your behalf within the scopes you explicitly authorize. You can disconnect at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

NetroApply is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime from Settings.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by German law. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
